Top executives from tech giant companies, Alphabet, Facebook and Apple are expected to attend a Tech summit with President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday at Trump Tower in Manhattan.
Recode reports that CEO of Alphabet, Larry Page, Apple CEO, Tim Cook and CEO Larry Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg will be attending the gathering in New York next week.
Oracle’s CEO, Safra Catz who is one of the invitees says he will leverage discussions to inform the president-elect of opportunities and decisions that can help grow the US tech industry.
“I plan to tell the President-elect that we are with him and will help in any way we can,” said Catz in a statement. “If he can reform the tax code, reduce regulation and negotiate better trade deals, the U.S. technology industry will be stronger and more competitive than ever.”
There are also reports that Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos may attend the event.
